SwapCTC Quick Guide

PreviousAcquiring Creditcoin AssetsNextWallets

Last updated 1 month ago

The Creditcoin ecosystem is now more accessible! You can bridge your Ethereum-based Creditcoin tokens (G-CRE and wCTC) to the Creditcoin Mainnet, making it easy to interact with Creditcoin dApps. The recent updates to SwapCTC streamline this process by allowing you to convert between wCTC and CTC (EVM) without wallet connection.

What's New?

  • EVM-Only Addressing: Now, only EVM-compatible addresses are required, simplifying the process.

  • Streamlined Returns: After initiating a swap, your tokens will return to your EVM address within 1–2 weeks.

  • Enhanced Security: For security verification, confirm swap addresses with a Creditcoin Discord admin or email .

How to Use SwapCTC

  1. Choose Swap Direction: Select G-CRE → CTC (EVM) or wCTC <-→ CTC (EVM). Note that the swap between G-CRE and CTC (EVM) only goes in one direction. Also, ensure you have enough funds to cover gas fees from the sending side.

  2. Send Tokens to the Bridging Address: The SwapCTC tool will provide the correct address based on your choice. You can also scan the QR code and simply send the tokens you want to convert.

  3. Confirm the Transaction: After sending, the bridging process will start. You’ll receive your converted tokens at the same address within the processing window.

  4. Use wCTC for Liquidity on Uniswap: Once converted, you can trade wCTC on , giving you access to liquidity on Ethereum’s Mainnet.

Please ensure you only send tokens in the CTC (EVM) format, as CTC (Native) is incompatible with SwapCTC. For all swaps, users should send tokens to the following address: 0x737f5a5B55035f39A6E8a859a815Fd85760625b8

Benefits of SwapCTC

  • Easy Access to Creditcoin: Move assets to the Creditcoin Mainnet to explore dApps and ecosystem features.
