# Risks and Eligibility

Participating in the Launchpad involves risk.

Please review the following before participating:

* Bids cannot be edited or cancelled while the Launchpad is running.
* The final received amount is not guaranteed.
* Token price, FDV, and allocation may change depending on Launchpad activity.
* Smart contract, wallet, bridge, network, and transaction failure risks exist.
* Gas fees or network fees may apply.
* Any unused budget may need to be withdrawn after settlement.
* Token listing, liquidity, resale, transferability, utility, and future value are not guaranteed.
* PenguinSwap does not value, recommend, or endorse any token or project.

#### Eligibility Restrictions

Before participating in the Launchpad, users may need to confirm that they are not in a restricted jurisdiction, are not a restricted person, and are not using VPN, proxy, relay, spoofing, or other tools to bypass eligibility restrictions.

The exact restrictions are governed by the Launchpad / IDO Participation Terms.
