# Prepare CTC

The MINI Launchpad uses CTC as the raise currency.

To participate in the Launchpad, you need CTC that can be used on Creditcoin Network.

#### Which Method Should I Choose?

* If you already have CTC on Creditcoin Network, you can participate directly.
* If you do not have CTC, you can bridge USD1 or USDT to Creditcoin Network and then swap it to CTC on PenguinSwap.
* If you hold Creditcoin Native, you may need to use Credit Wallet to move it into the CTC format used for Launchpad participation.
* If you do not have any CTC on Creditcoin Network, you should first bridge WCTC to Creditcoin Network to get CTC for gas and bidding.

#### If you do not have CTC

To execute transactions on Creditcoin Network, you need CTC for gas.

Therefore, if you do not have any CTC on Creditcoin Network, you may not be able to swap even if you bridge USD1 or USDT first.

In this case, you should first bridge WCTC to Creditcoin Network to get CTC that can be used for the Launchpad.

1. Prepare [WCTC](https://etherscan.io/token/0xeb32ad88b09fb94129a8b972876ad02eaac91e53) on Ethereum.
2. Open [PenguinBridge](https://penguinbridge.com/?fromChain=ethereum\&inputCurrency=0xeB32AD88b09fB94129a8B972876Ad02EaAc91E53\&toChain=creditcoin\&outputCurrency=NATIVE).
3. Select Ethereum as the From network.
4. Select Creditcoin Network as the To network.
5. Select WCTC as the token.
6. Enter the amount of WCTC you want to bridge.
7. Bridge WCTC to Creditcoin Network.
8. Once the bridge is complete, you will receive CTC that can be used on Creditcoin Network.
9. Check that your CTC balance is shown in your wallet.
10. After you have CTC, you can participate in the Launchpad.

#### Using USD1

1. Prepare USD1.
2. Open [Transporter](https://app.transporter.io/?from=mainnet\&tab=token\&to=creditcoin\&token=ZXRoZXJldW0tbWFpbm5ldCwweDhkMGQwMDBlZTQ0OTQ4ZmM5OGM5Yjk4YTRmYTQ5MjE0NzZmMDhiMGQ%253D).
3. Select Ethereum as the From network.
4. Select Creditcoin Network as the To network.
5. Select USD1 as the token.
6. Enter the amount of USD1 you want to bridge.
7. Bridge USD1 to Creditcoin Network.
8. Once the bridge is complete, swap USD1 to CTC on [PenguinSwap](https://penguinswap.org/swap?inputCurrency=0x111111d2bf19e43C34263401e0CAd979eD1cdb61\&outputCurrency=Native).
9. After receiving CTC, participate in the Launchpad.

Bridge completion may take some time. It usually takes a few minutes, but depending on conditions, it may take up to around 20 minutes.

#### Using USDT

1. Prepare USDT on Ethereum.
2. Open [PenguinBridge](https://penguinbridge.com/?fromChain=ethereum\&inputCurrency=0xdAC17F958D2ee523a2206206994597C13D831ec7\&toChain=creditcoin\&outputCurrency=0xb41015d1D3603aed12a5f6098A34BeE56808eF45).
3. Bridge USDT to Creditcoin Network.
4. Once the bridge is complete, you will receive USDT.C on Creditcoin Network.
5. USDT.C is the token received after bridging Ethereum USDT to Creditcoin Network, and it is used based on the same value as USDT.
6. Swap USDT.C to CTC on [PenguinSwap](https://penguinswap.org/swap?inputCurrency=0xb41015d1d3603aed12a5f6098a34bee56808ef45\&outputCurrency=Native).
7. After receiving CTC, participate in the Launchpad.

Bridge completion may take some time. It usually takes a few minutes, but depending on conditions, it may take up to around 20 minutes.

#### If You Hold Creditcoin Native

If you hold Creditcoin Native, you may need to move it into the CTC format used for Launchpad participation.

1. Open [Credit Wallet](https://creditcoin.org/Credit-Wallet).
2. Check your Creditcoin Native balance.
3. Use Credit Wallet to move it into the CTC format used for Launchpad participation.
4. Check your CTC balance on Creditcoin Network in your wallet.
5. After receiving CTC, participate in the Launchpad.

#### If You Already Have CTC on Creditcoin Network

If you already have CTC on Creditcoin Network, you can participate directly without bridging or swapping.

1. Connect your wallet.
2. Make sure your wallet network is set to Creditcoin Network.
3. Make sure your CTC balance is visible.
4. Enter Max budget and Max FDV on the Launchpad.
5. Review your bid and submit it.
