Overview
Launchpad is a feature where a new token is sold and distributed over a defined period.
Users can submit bids using the token designated as the raise currency. For the MINI Launchpad, the raise currency is CTC.
While the Launchpad is running, the clearing price may change depending on bid activity. Users participate by entering the maximum budget they are willing to spend and the maximum FDV they are willing to accept.
What Is CCA?
CCA stands for Continuous Clearing Auction.
In a CCA, tokens are not sold all at once. Instead, they are distributed gradually while the Launchpad is running.
In simple terms:
Users enter a Max budget and Max FDV.
The clearing price may change while the Launchpad is running.
If the user's Max FDV is above the clearing price, the bid may fill.
If the clearing price rises above the user's Max FDV, the remaining budget stops filling.
Any unused budget can be withdrawn after settlement.

CTC

In this guide, CTC refers to CTC available on Creditcoin Network for Launchpad participation.
To participate in the MINI Launchpad, you need CTC that can be used on Creditcoin Network.
Max budget
Max budget is the maximum amount of CTC you are willing to spend in the Launchpad.
For example, if you enter 100 CTC as your Max budget, that bid can spend up to 100 CTC.
The full amount entered is not always used. Any unused budget can be withdrawn after the Launchpad ends and settlement is complete.

It may change depending on bid activity, and bids in the same batch fill based on the same clearing price.
Receive estimate
Receive estimate shows the estimated token amount based on your current Max budget and Max FDV.
The final received amount may change depending on Launchpad activity and the final settlement result.
Settlement
Settlement is the process of calculating the final result after the Launchpad ends.
After settlement, users can withdraw any unused budget.
Claim
Claim is the process of receiving the tokens filled by your bid after the claim window opens.
The claim schedule can vary by project and can be checked in the Timeline section of each Launchpad page.
