# FAQ

#### What Token Do I Need to Participate?

To participate in the MINI Launchpad, you need CTC that can be used on Creditcoin Network.

#### What If I Do Not Have CTC?

You can bridge USD1 or USDT to Creditcoin Network and then swap it to CTC on PenguinSwap.

If you hold Creditcoin Native, you may need to use Credit Wallet to move it into the CTC format used for Launchpad participation.

#### What Is USDT.C?

USDT.C is the token received when Ethereum USDT is bridged to Creditcoin Network.

It is used based on the same value as USDT.

To participate in the Launchpad, you can swap USDT.C to CTC on PenguinSwap.

#### How Long Does Bridging Take?

Bridge completion may take some time.

It usually takes a few minutes, but depending on conditions, it may take up to around 20 minutes.

#### Can I Cancel a Bid After Submitting It?

No.

Once submitted, a bid cannot be edited or cancelled while the Launchpad is running.

#### Will My Full Max Budget Always Be Used?

Not always.

The actual amount spent depends on the clearing price and how much of your bid fills.

Any unused budget can be withdrawn after settlement.

#### What Is Max FDV?

Max FDV is the maximum valuation you are willing to accept.

If the clearing FDV rises above your Max FDV, the remaining budget stops filling.

#### Will I Receive Exactly the Amount Shown in Receive?

Receive is an estimated amount based on your current inputs.

The final received amount may change depending on Launchpad activity and the settlement result.

#### When Can I Claim?

You can claim after the claim window opens.

The claim schedule can vary by project and can be checked in the Timeline section of each Launchpad page.

#### Are Refunds Sent Automatically?

Not necessarily.

Any unused budget may need to be withdrawn manually after settlement.

#### Are Claim and Refund the Same Thing?

No.

Claim means receiving the tokens filled by your bid.

Refund / Withdraw means receiving back the unused CTC budget.

#### What Should I Do If Transaction Failed Appears?

The transaction was not submitted or failed.

Check your inputs and wallet status, then try again.

#### What Should I Do If Clearing FDV Changed Appears?

The clearing FDV rose above your Max FDV during Review bid.

Click Back to edit, update your Max FDV, and submit again.

#### I Have CTC in My Wallet, but It Does Not Appear in Launchpad. What Should I Check?

Please check the following:

* Make sure your wallet is connected correctly.
* Make sure your wallet network is set to Creditcoin Network.
* Make sure your CTC balance is on Creditcoin Network.
* If you just bridged or swapped, it may take some time to appear.
